Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) from our studio at:
Orders placed after 2 PM PST on Friday will be processed on Monday. During peak seasons (Easter, holidays), processing may take up to 48 hours.

United States (Continental)
Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Alaska & Hawaii
Free shipping also applies to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times may take 5-10 business days.
APO/FPO Military Addresses
We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times vary based on military mail schedules.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally soon! For international inquiries, please contact us.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- An email with tracking number
- SMS updates (if opted in at checkout)
- Real-time delivery status via carrier website
Tracking usually activates within 24 hours of shipment. If you haven't received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, please contact us.
90-Day Free Returns
We offer 90-day free returns on all items. If you're not completely happy with your Lulu Bunny, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

Prepaid via email
To start a return, email Sharaenterprisesllc@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged PackagesÂ
Damaged Items
If your bunny arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at Sharaenterprisesllc@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll immediately ship a replacement at no cost.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package hasn't moved for 7+ business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund immediately.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
