How to Start a Return
Email Us
Send an email to Sharaenterprisesllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Receive Your Label
We'll email you a FREE prepaid shipping label. Print it and attach to your package.
Pack Your Return
Place the bunny back in its original tin box, then in a protective outer box. Include any gift cards or packaging.
Drop Off
Drop the package at any USPS location. Keep the receipt for tracking purposes.
Refund Information

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take additional 3-7 business days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
Want a different color? No problem! Follow the same return process and indicate you'd like an exchange in your email. Let us know which color you'd prefer from our 9 options:
- Blue - Soft sky blue
- Gray - Warm heather gray
- Red - Classic bright red
- Brown - Rich chocolate brown
- Orange - Warm sunset orange
- Pink Red - Deep rose pink
- Grey White - Silver-tipped white
- Pink - Blush pink (most popular)
- Light Black - Charcoal gray
We'll ship your new color as soon as we receive your return (or immediately if you'd like to place a new order and return the original separately).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned without the original tin box
- Items returned after 90 days
- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage (unless damaged upon arrival)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if any - we'll clearly mark these at checkout)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bunny arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Email Sharaenterprisesllc@gmail.com with your order number
- Include photos of the damage (clear photos help us process faster)
- We'll immediately ship a replacement at no cost to you
- You can keep the damaged item or return it with a prepaid label (your choice)
Holiday Extended Returns
During the holiday season, we offer an extended return window:
- Purchases made between November 1 - December 24: Return by January 31
- Easter purchases: Return within 90 days as usual
This ensures that gifts received during the holidays can be returned or exchanged after the holidays.
International Returns
Currently, we only ship within the United States, so all returns are domestic. If you're a military APO/FPO customer, please use the same process - your return shipping label will work from APO addresses.
