4. Orders & Payment

4.3 Order Modifications

You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by emailing orders@urbantoon.com. After that, your order may have entered processing and cannot be modified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping to all USA addresses. Shipping times and methods are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

5.2 Risk of Loss

All items purchased are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.3 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Returns & Refunds
